To be a people of love and power; commissioned to set the captives free; raising up an army of champions equipped with the gospel. To bring the lost to Jesus Christ by reaching the unreached, by persuading the non-persuaded, by loving the unloved, by accepting the unaccepted. To be a people of mercy and compassion by offering help to the hurting and aid to the wounded, instrumental in meeting the spiritual and physical needs of others. To be a spiritual lighthouse, by serving God through ministering in the spirit of love, through the power of the Holy Ghost to the glory of God.
